iPhone users may need to update the app before logging in.

- Click Apps
- Click My Apps
- Search Community Bank and click it. It will update.
- Begin log-in instructions after the update.
For Android users, you must uninstall and reinstall the app. Uninstall and follow the steps below:

- Select Account Services
- Select Mobile Banking with Mobile App
- Click Learn More
- Click Google Play
- Install CB app
- Begin the first-time log-in process
