Special Alert

Community Bank, Lexington, Tennessee, has reports that counterfeit cashier's checks bearing the institution's name are in circulation.

The counterfeit items display the routing number 284373760, which is assigned to Community Bank, Lexington, Tennessee. The items include the wording "CASHIER'S CHECK" in the lower-left portion. The bank's logo and address are in the top-center portion and a "REMITTER" signifies M L Inc. The check number has been 13334, however, the MICR line will indicate a different check number.

Be aware that the appearance of counterfeit items can be modified and that additional variations may be presented.
